For the love of nature, our new website is live!

Dec 2 • 1 minute read

So often a website update is simply a matter of replacing a photo here or there, adding a page, or revising the text. Not so for Mitchell Dentistry! For the past several months, this has been an office-wide, in-depth passion project involving our team, dentists, and website hosts collaborating to create a website that would best communicate with our patients.

We are delighted with the final product, and hope you are too as you take a tour of www.MitchellDentist.com to check out all that is new. Here’s how it all came about:

It all started with our team photo shoot back in February. As our patients know, we enjoy sharing our love of nature in our practice. The color themes and artwork in our office reflect local wildlife and the hues of the sea. So when it came time to plan the staff photo shoot, what could be a more natural setting for us than our local beaches?

We headed to the Outrigger Resort on Fort Myers Beach (www,OutriggerFMB.com. And when I say “we,” I mean all of us - our highly talented hygiene team, amazing assistants, and fabulous front desk staff. The sun was shining, the water was the bluest blue – it was a perfect Southwest Florida day. Our excellent photographer, Ilene Safron of Mainsail Productions, got to work on shooting individual and group shots of our entire staff.

It wasn’t all work, however – we laughed a lot, and enjoyed a fun lunch break at the resort’s outdoor restaurant. At the end of the day, we got some casual shots at the water’s edge.

Once the photos were finalized, we were able to move forward with the rest of the site, getting input from our team, and even creating our own nature-oriented video to depict our practice’s goal to care for our patients, and the natural beauty of their smiles.

Finally, we updated our team bios, and added a great deal of educational content to help our patients with their comprehensive oral healthcare.

We hope you will take a few minutes to visit www.MitchellDentist.com and take a look around the updated site – and of course, we always appreciate your feedback!

All the best from the Mitchell Dentistry family to yours!

Dr. Jim
